Cultivation and Harvesting:
Cinnamon trees are cultivated for several years before the bark is harvested. For HNNG, the rough outer bark is stripped during processing without accessing the inner layer. The collected bark is then hand cleaned, undergoes metal detection for safety, and is dried for industrial and commercial use.
