Vanilla starts at 25 kg, essential oils at one 190 kg drum, and spices, pulses and nuts at one tonne. We consolidate mixed-product orders into a single container where the terms allow it.
Yes. Paid samples of 50–250 g go out by courier, usually within three working days of the specification being agreed. Sample cost is credited against a confirmed order.
Technical data sheet, third-party lab report, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, EUDR traceability record, plus warehouse and loading photographs on departure.
FOB, CFR and CNF out of Toamasina and Antsiranana. First orders are normally on irrevocable L/C at sight or 30% advance against balance on documents; terms open up on repeat business.
It reflects what is cleared and uncommitted in our own warehouse, updated as lots move. If a product shows as available and sells before you reach us, we will tell you the same day rather than quoting against it.
